#2316: Provide some drone-0.5 agents for drone.osgeo.org

Some projects are still using drone.osgeo.org, but currently there are no
agents there so all builds hang.
Example: https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/geos/php-geos/commits/branch/master
I'd love to switch, as an alternative (but we should call-for-switch ALL
users, to be checked in DB)

Well I'm closing as wont fix. Maybe we should shutdown the old drone
server and see if anyone screams
