According to https://docs.drone.io/administration/user/admins/ an admin
can grant admin privs to other users via the WEB ui.

This ticket is to request being given admin access to dronie.osgeo.org

BTW: should "Sysadmin Contract 2019-I" be closed as a milestone ?

Comment (by robe):

okay closed that milestone. I suspect I set this up wrong since I don't
see any admin section when I log in.

Comment:

I've granted me admin via sql directly. Cannot tell if that worked because
the GUI is the same, but as Regina mentioned the same thing, I'm going to
close this as done, and we'll need to figure out the GUI issue separately.
