Ey, sorry for the delay, without the correct component I was not notified
of the task, thanks Alex!
@peterisb no problem on using latvia-users but if you check our lists
directory you'll see that common practice is just the name so simply
"Latvia" is ok. What do you think?

@jsanz - thanks for pointing to common practice of list naming. I agree
with just "Latvia". That's completely OK for us.
