I've been experiencing trouble receiving the tiff mailing list
messages for some time now. Recently, I received a notice that I may
be bouncing that mail, so this could be the reason. With this notice
in hand, I've contacted my host service, that seems to be doing the
bouncing. I had to talk to helpdesk people, so the conversation was
neither pleasant nor very clear, but I did manage to get some
information out of them that might be helpful, hopefully.

Result: '550 5.7.1 SPF check failed, please see
http://www.openspf.org/Why?id=tiff-
bounces@lists.osgeo.org&ip=217.70.183.200&receiver=mx1.pub.mailpod8-cph3.one.com
(33c68fc7-4746-11ea-8bfa-98039b0f6c32)'(in 1.655s)
The sender tiff-bounces@lists.osgeo.org sent an email through a server
with the IP 217.70.183.200. The senders SPF-records does not include
that IP, meaning that server is not allowed to send emails on behalf
of the senders' domain. As a result, the email was rejected by our MX
servers. The sender will need to fix their SPF-record or send through
servers that are allowed to send emails for that domain.

Does this provide some clue as to what is going on?

I don't think so. lists.osgeo.org (osgeo6.osgeo.osuosl.org) sends the
mail to the subscribers mail server - and that is in the spf record.
gandi.net just appears in the received headers, because lists.osgeo.org
got it from your provider's mail server - but that should be fine (other
non-osgeo mailing lists work the same). I'd say the subscribers mail
server is too picky.
