Historically, because of the link between project structure and SVN at
CollabNet, FDO was spread into multiple SVN repositories (fdocore, fdosdf,
etc). With version 3.3, we consolidated to a single repository, but need
to maintain these individual repositories for 3.2 while it is still
supported.

A PostGIS provider has been created since the move to 3.3, and we would
like to maintain 3.2 backwards compatibility for this provider. In order
to do so efficiently, we will need a new SVN instance set up for this.

Could you please set up a new svn repository called fdopostgis for this
purpose?

Jason,

I don't see any reason fdopostgis can't be built out of a 3.2 branch of
the main fdo respository. We just kept around the old repositories to
minimize disruption.
