reachable

I suspect it's been down for a while since the old server was shut off.

Should be back up now https://mapguide.osgeo.org/ .
Let me know if you run into issues with it.
It now resides on the old-web container on osgeo7 which is a replica of
the original web.osgeo.osuosl.org vm it was on.
