Another security update has come out for nexus
3.22.1
While I do this upgrade, I'll also add in the additional ports needed for
docker.

Going to test the upgrade first on osgeo4 dev container I have set up.

Done upgrading and also exposed ports 8082-8084 so we can use for docker.
Main nexus still runs on 8081 port.
