Taking up request from [https://github.com/geonetwork/core-
geonetwork/issues/4618 Host Geonetwork artifacts on repo.osgeo.org (Nexus-
Artifactory-Repo)]].
The GeoNetwork PSC are still working on their
[https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/wiki/Host-Geonetwork-
artifacts-on-repo.osgeo.org-(Nexus-Artifactory-Repo) proposal], I assume
this will be a request for a geonetwork-releases and geonetwork-snapshots
maven repository.
The OSGeo UserID fxp and josegar have been provided.

Motion was passed by geonetwork team.
Created:
* geonetwork-releases (hosted), which is included in release (group)
* geonetwork-snapshots (hosted), which is included in snapshot (group)
* geonetwork-administrator"with admin for the above two repositories
* juanluisrp (LDAP) user assigned geonetwork-administrator role
* gnbuild (local) user assigned geonetwork-administrator role for jenkins
automation
Next steps:
1. Confirm access with juanluisrr
2. Add remaining geonetwork psc users
3. Added cache repositories to optimize geonetwork build
