OpenLayers.org version 2 page

Has lots of links to
https://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers
Which is dead. When it died I'm guessing was in 2017 sometime as tracsvn
does have a trac.deleted with a hot copy of openlayers trac.
If anyone has no better ideas, I'll just redirect to openlayers.org main
page

Another idea would be turning that trac in read-only.
I think it was done for some other project
But best asked to Openlayers developers (any of them iN SAC?)

I don't know anyone in openlayers to contact. I'd rather not put it in
readonly - just one more thing to worry about during upgrades.
