I just renewed proj4.org as it was going to expire next month. Went ahead
for 5 yrs ($65) to get the discounted rate.
We should at some point decide when to retire some of these domains that
are no longer in active use, proj4 seems to bring up proj.org in some
search tests I did.
Will close, when treasurer verifies payment went through.
