19.0.2 came out recently.
18.0.8 is latest micro of what we are running.
Given how annoying it is to skip a major release, I'd just assume jump to
19.0.2
Biggest change in 19.0 are the inline editing of office documents in Talk
and some more talk features as well as hardware login (passwordless
authentication)

I'll test first on dev snapshot before doing live. Plan to do next week.

I'm going to start the upgrade now, should be very little downtime. I
don't expect more than 5-10 minutes.
Note the upgrade will also require installing php-bcmath, php-gmp.
I also should note that we are running PHP 7.2.24, so next major upgrade
(upgrade to 20) will require upgrading PHP as well.
