Could you point the following subdomains?

`callforpapers.2021.foss4g.org` to `116.202.111.20` and
`2a01:4f8:c17:c7b2::/64` (ipv6)
`registration.2021.foss4g.org` to `116.202.106.161` and
`2a01:4f8:c17:c647::/64` (ipv6)

Comment:

I regitered the IPV4s. I don't see a mechanism in ,Pair, our dns
authority to register the IPV6 and haven't had to before.

I suspect IPV4 is sufficient.
