Not sure if someone was doing something on wordpress server or not but
osgeo.org went down according to my monitor at about 3 hrs ago.
I just rebooted the container and it came back up.
I haven't investigated to see what caused it to go down. So this is just
for record.
I do need to do a wordpress update which I'll do first on dev before doing
on prod.
