Forwarding a message from a subscriber of the libtiff mailing list:

I've been getting quite a few bounce-backs from email posts to this list.
It looks like lists.osgeo.org is forwarding emails without respecting
source email security through SPF/DKIM, and as a result receiver servers
are blocking messages as spam.

I guess we want a single central OSGeo ticket to deal with this problem in
a consistent way, or a wiki page with possible solutions found/implemented
by various mailing lists
