There's an /etc/cron.d/certbot AND a line in root's crontab for doing the
same thing: renewing letsencrypt certificates. We should have only one.
Could be a good idea to manage cronjobs in a central place, and a good
candidate for that would be https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/sac/ansible-
deployment

I commented out the root's cron job. We'll use the one in
/etc/cron.d/certbot, which is installed by certbot package
