okay having issue upgrading complaining about
The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some
files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.: wp-
includes/theme.php
I suspect this file might be in the repo and permissions are being set on
it on pull.
I'll revisit tomorrow.
