it would be useful to put Gitea from v1.13 branch in staging to check if
support for multiple SSH keys from LDAP has been fixed there (#2569) and
whether ecdsa-sha2-nistp521 ssh key support is working there
(https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/sac/gitea-service/issues/7).

Current staging is running same version as production:

We just need to upgrade Gitea there
