#258: Proj4JS SVN Setup

We need to migrate the Proj4js code from it's current home (somewhere in
mapbuilder?) to the /proj4js portion of the MetaCRS SVN repository.
Mike, could you provide notes on where it lives now, and any special
requirements?
I've added Howard as a cc since he will likely end up doing the work.
I've added hobu and madair to the commiter group for the MetaCRS
repository.

Comment (by madair):
The directory at https://svn.codehaus.org/mapbuilder/cscs/trunk/proj4js
should be imported as the new trunk. I'll also need to have /tags and
/branches (both empty) for creating releases but I should also be able to
that once it's set up.

Mike,
Can you get svn dumpfiles of mapbuilder's svn from codehaus so I can
process them?

dump of the whole MapBuilder repository is here:
http://svn.codehaus.org/mapbuilder-20080522.dump.bz2
it will need to be filtered to extract just the proj4js branch listed
above

I made an attempt, but I wasn't able to get svndumpfilter to work very
well through the various copy operations that have happened to the cscs
directory. Can someone with more dumpfilter foo than myself create a dump
file?

I've also taken a stab at it, using svndumpfilter2 and svndumpfilter3
http://www.dehora.net/hg/tools/raw-file/tip/svn/svndumpfilter2
http://furius.ca/pubcode/pub/conf/common/bin/svndumpfilter3.html
Both tools i have used in the past to untangle repositories with multiple
copy operations but, not this time... I'm not sure if there are too many
copies or what. I have a couple more things to try but.....

if it helps, you can start at rev 2006 when the cscs branch was created.
