Howard Butler just notified me spatialreference.org is down.
I don't recall disabling it but perhaps it didn't come back on last reboot
for some reason.

Looks like it is set to run on old-projects container on osgeo7 on port
8092.
Rebooted old-projects container which seemed to fix it. But I'm not sure
where the configuration of it is for future reference.
