Removed three lists

* liblas-commits
* pdal-commits
* pointdown

Nothing is mentioned about what happens to the archives.
Are you interested on keeping the archives or shall I remove the archives
also.

For me makes no sense to keep on the commits lists, but I dont know about
pointdown
