We had DNS issues in the past hour causing many of our domains to be
unreachable. I called PairDomains about the issue and they said they are
aware of it and are diligently working on it.
I can now access trac.osgeo.org now. I'm not sure if we are completely
out of the woods yet so there may be some ups and downs more today.
I'll close this ticket in a couple of ours if no more further issues.
