Our limesurvey is currently at Version 3.25.1+201124
and there are some security updates in the newer version 5.2.5.
Will slate this upgrade to after the Board Elections.
I'm thinking it might make sense to invest in LimeSurvey ComfortUpdate.
It would simplify our upgrade process so any admin can do it from the app
and a way to give back for development too.

I created an account osgeolimesurvey on limesurvey.com and signed up for a
trial key.
This is good for 4 more updates. I updated first to latest security
version we could do 3.28 and then to latest stable 5.3.12.
I also upgraded the PHP from PHP 8.0 to PHP 8.1. Details on -
