#2693: False emails reporting unexisting changes by migrating users

I'm occasionally receiving email from wiki.osgeo.org about pages being
edited by users. When I go looking at the page history I do NOT see those
changes.
I believe every time this happened it involved a user being migrated
(username {{{Wiki-<something>}}}. Yesterday (January 8th) I got 6 mails
for changes in 6 pages by the same user {{{ wiki-Dmateos }}} and none of
those pages do show a change at that date.
