Although grasswiki restarted yesterday after osgeo3 reboot, the apache
service did not.

It gave this notice:

osgeo3-nginx.lxd (Name or service not known error) for

The issue seems to be because grasswiki came back online before
osgeo3-nginx came online.
Need to revise to allow it to start or to retry.
