#2722: dronie-server upgrades

I've done already in trying to troubleshoot the recent dronie jobs
stopping.
This is just a synopsis of what was done.
Did force upgrade to latest docker

Docker version 20.10.12, build e91ed57
}}}
This is same version as what is running on osgeo3 nexus.
After reboot things did not work, the dronie-server containers were
running, but I couldn't connect to them by curl.
I guessed it was the apparmor which I saw flying by in upgrade.
I noticed nexus server doesn't have apparmor installed, so I uninstalled
on apparmor on dronie-server, and that seemed to fix the connection issue.
Also took this opportunity to upgrade dronie to latest drone.io server
which came out about 3 weeks ago.
