== Background
After 17 (wow) years of the old solkatzaward(at)osgeo(dot)org alias being
listed on so many web pages, the amount of daily spam is now too much. I
have now disabled that alias.

- please create the following mailing list
- list name: !SolKatzAward
- this list should not be publicly listed (not visible on
https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo) and the archive should only be
available to list members
- administrator: jmckenna(at)gatewaygeomatics(dot)com
