I plan to upgrade Weblate to 4.12.2 later this weekend.

key changes, one that strk had asked for
1) Support for pull requests on gitea
(Added support for :ref:vcs-gitea)
other nice new features
2) Add copy and clone buttons to other translations.
3) Improved API for creating components from a file (not sure what this
one is but looks useful)

I upgraded but sadly couldn't get the gitea pull request feature to work.
it shows but errors. I might need to configure the url somewhere.
