This is just for reporting and also to remind me to commit the changes to
ansible.
Today some network configs were made on osgeo7 to allow it to use both
nics in concert. Before only one nic was connected.
So this should significantly improve bandwidth thru put. After 24 hrs or
so, I will start moving some of the download traffic back to osgeo7 which
is currently being pushed to osgeo8 and osgeo9 because of the network
issues we were having with osgeo7.
