#283: trac link coloring

The Trac link coloring scheme (red!) is driving me nuts. I'd like to try
and restore it to blue (or browser default) at least for the GDAL trac.

I have tried a variety of messing around to do this in a gdal specific
way, but I couldn't figure out the clearsilver templating stuff. However,
editing /usr/share/trac/htdocs/css/trac.css and deleting the line "color:
#b00;" in the link declaration seems to have restored "browser default"
coloring for links visited and not-visited.
Lets see what others think of this...
