As discussed on #2896 I seem to only be able to upgrade to 1.38 (done in
staging) before the LDAP stops working. Need to troubleshoot the LDAP
issue with 1.39. before I can proceed with this.

Current version is in Version - OSGeo ( 1.35.9
)
It would be nice to do this via Ansible, which now DOES have a "wiki" role

FWIW I did figure out the issue with LDAP so grass-wiki is running a newer
version 1.41.0
