treasurer is getting on a daily basis that dropbox is full:

> Urgent: Your files have stopped syncing across your devices because your
Dropbox is full —
> You need more space in order to sync automatically with the cloud.
> Upgrade your Dropbox today, and get up to up to 3 TB (3,000 GB) of
space.

Things were moved from dropbox to nextcould a while ago.
I think the solution is to clear up dropbox
