Who is administrating the page?
- http://download.osgeo.org/
- provide https
- design could be related to website
- some links are worng or outdated
- maybe chane text Live DVDs and Virtual Machines to better: OSGeoLive
Virtual machines and more
- please update Mapbender link to Download - Mapbender
- change Proj.4 to PROJ
- delete rasdaman download it is broken
- fix dead link Administration Info

Probably no one. It's /osgeo/downloads/index.html

To jef's point, that index page I think we allow anyone with upload rights
to upload.osgeo.org to edit that page, but looks like jef took care of the
edits you described.
I'm going to close this out. Feel free to reopen if you have any more
