Kontur is a system integrator specializing in geospatial tech with over 20
years of experience supporting humanitarian and disaster management
organizations. Kontur combines data processing and innovative mapping
technologies to produce solutions for decision-making and raise
situational awareness during and in preparation for critical events.
We have a long history of using and maintaining Free and Open-Source
Software for Geospatial applications to improve the livelihoods of
populations exposed to environmental and human-made disasters. We believe
in using open licenses to ensure that the tools we build are sustainable,
scalable, reusable, and transparent.
Geocint is our unique open source ETL data pipeline framework, leveraging
the power of PostgreSQL, PostGIS, and H3 hexagons to provide a high-
throughput, standalone geospatial data ETL/CI/CD pipeline.
