#343: libtool upgrade to 1.5.26

Apparently, libtool > 1.5.20 is required to build multi-arch binaries on
OS/X. A newer version is needed on upload.osgeo.org (and/or
download.osgeo.org) to allow nightly builds (and generally consistent
packaging) to provide better outputs.
