I need to be able to upload test versions of a new Windows Installer that
I'm working on for the !MapGuide Open Source project.

Other users with similar rights include (I think): rbray, tomf. Also, I
believe Kenneth Skovhede has access for at least Maestro uploads. His
OSGeo LDAP account is ksgeograf, but he may be using an unmigrated local
account for this.
