Would it be a big deal to retrofit in the DNS:

Then we had it complete from the beginning of OSGeo ... Just a redirect
rule would do I guess.

Aliases and/or A records have been made for these. It is now up to the
folks hosting the servers to actually answer them (OSGeo only controls
2009).
