#401: Take GeoTools Sphinx website live

I would like to show the content of http://test.geotools.org/ as the
content of http://geotools.org/

Currently we have:
- http://www.geotools.org/
- http://test.geotoos.org/
- http://geotools.org/

I would like to reduce this to a single entry now that we have a
maintainable website and the xblade server is working again.

Going to guess that SAC was not the correct component for this one. We
basically need to udpate the DNS entry.
