Following discussions with Systers and Wolf Bergenheim, I'd like to ask
for the creation of a new mailing list focused on women contributions in
geographic FOSS: it will be called OSGeo-women.
Wolf and me are fully available for administrating the list.

Thanks for attention, let us know what are next steps for the procedure.
