  - the list will be used to discuss each FOSS4G event's academic track
  - list admins:
    - maria.brovelli(at)polimi.it
    - raghavan(at)media.osaka-cu.ac.jp
    - jmckenna(at)gatewaygeomatics.com
  - make the admin password "the usual" password

(this was discussed on the FOSS4G2010 mailing list, and it was agreed that
another list should be created)
