I would like to ask a public mailing list for the local community in
Madrid.
Barcelona example has supported very activly the FOSS4G organization and
we would like to repeat the experiment into Madrid where there is the
biggest community of geo-users in Spain.

I would call the mailing list "Madrid"
I can be the administrator (I'm not new) with my email: lbecchi AT osgeo .
org

The list has been created with the admin interface at:

   http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/admin/madrid

I have enabled Spanish but it is not the default language. I have not
created a short description for the list yet. I'll let you do that in
Spanish.

I'll email the admin password directly to you, though you may already know
it.
