Similar to ticket:407 (FOSS4G2009) we need an account for workshop
presenters to upload their FOSS4G2010 files (data, software, printing
material, images).
There is still 63GB on the buildtest.osgeo.org available. Frank could you
create a 'foss4g2010' account on that machine, with the home dir of
'/osgeo/foss4g2010' ?

I have created the local account as requested. I will pass the passoword
onto Jeff privately though it will be a fairly low security account.
It would be nice to migrate the foss4g2009 stuff to a more permanent home,
or clean it away as time permits.
Note this machine is not backed up in any way at this time.
