I see many existing OSGeo trac pages use the TOC macro, and since the Trac
upgrade to 0.11.7 all of those pages now have the error:

   Error: Failed to load processor TOC

   No macro or processor named 'TOC' found
}}}

To install the TOC macro see: http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/TocMacro (you can
use an 'easy_install' command it says)

Comment:

um, error is gone away and TOC appears. Odd. Must have been cached
during upgrade (?). Sorry for the noise.
