When I try to upload a file I get this message

Today I've tried again to upload an image to the OSGeo wiki and run on
this error I attached three months ago.
It's just me or this is a general problem?

Please describe the uploading process a bit more detailed.
Apparently the mentioned "public" directory doesn't exist, but I'm
uncertain wether to declare this as a bug or a feature.

BTW, at least in general the image upload feature obviously _is_
functional somehow, just see this one, which has been added recently:

I tried again and it worked but changing the name of the original file. It
seems that it has some troubles when you try to upload a file with the
same name of an existing one.
So, I've succesfully uploaded a new image but when I tried to upload a new
version of the file I get this error

Should I close this ticket? Well my "bug" is resolved but others can get
into this.
