Please set up a dedicated Local Chapter Mailing list named
"local-chapters"
Add seven(a)arnulf.us as mail admin. I will invite all local chapters and
manually add their official liaison officers / representatives. It will
serve as a common place for communication between the foundation and the
local chapters. It should be open and free for anybody to join including
archives.
