pcav: Are these errors reproducible on some given URL? I don't know hwat
you mean by 'qgis stats', but there's probably a fair chance that any
plugins written again 0.10 (old machine) don't work on the newer 0.11.
Same question applies to 'cbook'; I've never seen that error before.

The cbook error happens often on https://trac.osgeo.org/qgis/ but it is
difficult to reproduce, as it happens only at random intervals.
The plugin error comes from: https://trac.osgeo.org/qgis/ticketstats
