Hi

We have completed migrating all QGIS SVN work. Could you please make the
following repository:

http://svn.osgeo.org/qgis/

Readonly from now on.

All write access to the qgis repo has been removed. (authz.tmpl file
modified to remove rw access, and authz regenerated.)
