order to deal with this matter better, it's necessary to send email to
you and confirm whether your company have connection with this Chinese
company or not?

My OSGeo email is littered with these, almost exact same text, sent to info@ mentioning a company and China domain. (I see we discussed this back in 2013/14 and there was another one sent in 2017) Ignore. -jeff
