Since the migration of the wiki (last Sat.) we are experiencing some
problems with enconding of page titles (and urls).
I know Arnulf is aware of this (is a luck for us he speaks Spanish!)
but I realized an important issue happened yesterday.
I don't now how but a wiki user (one of the OSGeo-es newcomers) did[1]
something weird with the osgeo-es main page[2] and now it redirects to
itself and the osgeo-es front page disappeared from the wiki without
any trace of the old page (no history).
If you click on "edit" you can recover the Wiki text.
Hope this helps,
Markus

I noticed a similar issue with one of the Quebec Local Chapter's pages in French yesterday. However, I just made a test again this morning and the issue seems to be gone.
I didn't take much time to investigate yesterday, but it seemed that on the old server URLs were expected to have special chars encoded in ISO-Latin-1, and yesterday on the new server they had to be in UTF-8 in order to work. As a result, all old URLs in existing wiki pages in ISO-Latin-1 no longer worked, you had to convert the special chars to UTF-8 for them to work again. Now I see that things are working again, so presumably someone changed/fixed something yesterday night or this morning? Can you please confirm?
