[SAC] osgeo2/planet

Planet has been shifted to the webextra VM instead of osgeo2.
I'm not 100% sure all the 'kinks' have been worked out yet,
but a quick glance didn't show any glaring flaws in the new
setup.

If anyone has any problems with it, let me know.

Curses. I forgot to enable the virtualhost on the new hostname.
This is fixed now. Apologies.
