Anyone know the story between these? Could we work with refractions to
get Postgis.org to redirect to Postgis.net? Does OSGeo pay for 1 or both
(sorry don't have time to check right now)?
Seems to be a point of confusion for googling consumers.

I don't know the story myself, but I have seen a couple
of discussions that confirm postgis.net is the current address:
